The quality is horrible. The frames are flimsy, Target quality. The print is wrinkled as opposed to smooth. There is even a red string in my framed print. Also, don’t be fooled - the art that looks like it’s matted, just simply has a cheap white printed border around it. Super bummed by the company and the fact that I spent so much money when I could have printed myself from Etsy and framed at Target for much less money and higher quality.

My order was delayed 1st and now looks like Evri are returning it to sender. Super frustrating after such a long wait and its not cheap.

The delivery company have delivered it to someone random who has signed for it but I don’t know them and can’t find them so I haven’t received my £250 painting. I’m very disappointed

I am still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks.  Finally got a tracking number and package has a label on 12/26. I have not gotten any notification that it has been shipped.  Should not take another week to have it picked up.

Delivery address fill out doesn't have enough addresses in - struggles with flats or houses with names! Left waiting for ages only to find an email saying it was delivered to the local post office instead. Wouldn't bother again. Sister did not end up with her Xmas present. Basic delivery issues when there are plenty of competitors availble - not a great look.

Ordered on 30 November. No sign of order. No updates.  Contacted Customer Support by email 4 days ago. No reply.  Dreadful service. Will never order again. Now have to buy 2 other gifts for friends as this order has not arrived in time.  Very disappointing. Customer care is obviously non existent

Ordered 2 weeks ago but it is obvious parcel is lost as tracking has stopped over 10 days ago. I have requested reorder but this has not been confirmed - still waiting for an update. Not great service Im afraid...

It took 15 days for my order to be dispatched and I'm still yet to receive it. When emailing customer service I was repeatedly replied to by an AI bot which added further delays to processing my order. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing from Desenio again.

I was very disappointed by the quality of the print. The pictures i sent were quite bright; however the actual prints were very dark and lost all the essence of the picture,

My husband put the print up and when I looked at it I could see that the frame is not joined correctly, so I’m a bit disappointed.

The pictures are great but the edges where  buckled from the transport because big and small posters were packed together. Better to pack the small ones separately. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with my order .I ordered 4 prints and the gold wave duo poster pack . The gold wave are pictured below. My husband thought it was wallpaper.  The quality was very poor and thin paper . Standards in desenio have definitely dropped . I have bought many prints before and have never found fault . I  don't think I should have to pay to return an item that is not up to the standard I expected . The poster packs I thought were more a premium product . I will not use desenio again

The top of one of the two posters arrived crumbled with a black stain and  also had visible fold marks throughout at every three inches !!!Customer service were unavailable! Overall NOT satisfied with Denesio!!

The return cost was worth half the price of the picture I sent back! Rip off... Sent back perfect picture but still charge £9.90 to return! Unhappy
