Didn't have interaction with you... pictures were not securely framed with very thin backing to the print. Over priced for the quality...prints are interesting & okay. Wouldn't pay again for framing..

I experienced a delivery issue and unfortunately the frame arrived damaged. This was clearly not the fault of the sender, and what really stood out was how the situation was handled. The response was extremely prompt, professional, and reassuring. I dealt with a real person straight away, which is very rare these days, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service, clear communication, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
